## TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

### The following driver is using a new energy store (ES) for the remainder of the Competition:

### 87 Haas Ferrari Oliver Bearman 3

The energy store unit used by Oliver Bearman is the fourth (4) of the three (3) new energy store units allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article B8.2.2

### d) of the 2026 Formula 1 Regulations.

The following driver is using a new control electronics unit (PU-CE) for the remainder of the Competition:

The control electronics unit used by Oliver Bearman is the fourth (4) of the three (3) new control electronics units allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article B8.2.2 e) of the 2026 Formula 1 Regulations.

### The following driver is using a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K) for the remainder of the Competition:

### 87 Haas Ferrari Oliver Bearman 3

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Oliver Bearman is the fourth (4) of the three (3) new motor generator units-kinetic allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article B8.2.2 f) of the 2026 Formula 1 Regulations.

The changes above have been made without the approval of the Technical Delegate, breach of article B3.5.3 of the 2026 F1 Regulations.

Furthermore, car 87 was not covered two (2) hours after chequered flag of Q3, breach of Article B3.4.3 a) and B3.5.3 of the 2026 Formula 1 Regulations.

2 For these reasons car 87 should now be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article B3.5.3 a) of the 2026 Formula 1 Regulations.
