Technical Delegate's Report During the Sprint Parc Fermé, changes have been made to the set-up of the suspension of car

### numbers 55 and 14 without the approval of the FIA technical delegate. Therefore car numbers 55

### and 14 should now be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article B3.5.3 b) of
