Technical Delegate's Report Set-up changes to the suspension of car number 23 were made without the approval of the FIA

### technical delegate.

Therefore car number 23 should now be required to start the Sprint from the pit lane according to Article B3.5.3 b) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
