### The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 16 - Charles Leclerc Competitor Scuderia Ferrari HP Time 15:20

### Session Race

Fact Collision with Car 81 in turn 5. Infringement Alleged breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 d) of the FIA International Sporting Code. Decision No further action Reason The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. On the approach to turn 5, Car 81 moved to overtake Car 16 on the outside. Car 81 had some overlap on Car 16 but the front axle of Car 81 was not ahead of the front axle of Car 16 and there was no possibility of Car 81 completing an overtake from that position. In the Stewards' determination, Car 16 did not deliberately crowd Car 81 off the edge of the track. Car 16 followed the racing line before the entry to turn 5 by moving slightly to the left to open up for turn 5 and side to side contact occurred between the two cars. In the circumstances, the Stewards determined to take no further action, Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
