Time 18:04 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 11 - Sergio Perez Competitor Cadillac Formula 1 Team

Session Race Fact Alleged Forcing another driver off the track at Turn 3 Infringement Alleged breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2b) of the FIA International Sporting Code. Decision No further action.

Reason The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. Car 30 (LAW) attempted to overtake Car 11 (PER)  on the outside at Turn 3. Wheel to wheel contact occurred between the cars at the apex and LAW went wide and rejoined behind Car 11. LAW's front axle was not ahead of PER's front axle at the apex and applying the Driving Standard Guidelines, the Stewards determined that LAW was not entitled to space at the exit of Turn 3 and therefore he was not forced off by PER.

Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
