Time 15:34 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 22 - Yuki Tsunoda Competitor Oracle Red Bull Racing

Session Race Fact Car 22 collided with Car 18 in Turn 8. Infringement Breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 d) of the FIA International Sporting Code. Decision 10 second time penalty. 2 penalty points (7 points in total)

Reason The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. On lap 6, Car 22 (TSU) approached Turn 8 carrying much more speed than the cars ahead, closed up on the inside behind Car 18 (STR), and made contact with the rear of that car, causing a collision and forcing Car 18 into a spin. The Stewards determine that Car 22 was wholly responsible for the incident, and the standard penalty for causing a collision was applied. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
