### The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 87 - Oliver Bearman Competitor MoneyGram Haas F1 Team Time 16:12

### Session Race

Fact Car 87 left the track at turn 1 and gained a lasting advantage. Infringement Breach of Article 33.3 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision 10 second time penalty. Reason The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data, video, timing, team radio and in-car video evidence. Car 30 was overtaking Car 87 on the inside of Turn 1. Car 30 was well ahead of the mirror of Car 87 at the apex of the corner. Car 87 left the track and took the escape road, rejoining ahead of Car 30 at Turn 3, thereby gaining an advantage. Car 87 did not voluntarily give the position back. Car 30 subsequently overtook Car 87 on the following lap. We accordingly imposed a 10 second time penalty for leaving the track and gaining a lasting advantage.

Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
