Technical Delegate's Report The floor of car number 10 was changed for one of a different specification and changes have been

### made to the set-up of the suspension of this car without the approval of the FIA technical delegate.

Therefore car number 10 should now be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article 40.9 a) of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations. Changes have been made to the set-up of the suspension of car number 23 without the approval of the FIA technical delegate.

Therefore car number 23 should now be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article 40.9 a) of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations. I am referring both matters to the stewards for their consideration. The FIA Formula One Technical Delegate
