Technical Delegate's Report Changes to the suspension set-up of car number 43 were made.

### These changes on car number 43 were made without the approval of the technical delegate.

Therefore car number 43 should now be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to

Article 40.9 a) of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
