Time 22:45 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 43 - Franco Colapinto Competitor BWT Alpine Formula 1 Team

Session Qualifying Fact The team failed to electronically lodge the return of the tyres. Infringement Breach of Article 30.5 g) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Decision The competitor (BWT Alpine F1 Team) is fined €5,000. Reason The Stewards heard from the team representative of Car 43 (Franco Colapinto). Although the tyres were returned physically there is still a responsibility to electronically lodge their return with the FIA and this was not done.

Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
