Time 17:22 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 87 - Oliver Bearman Competitor MoneyGram Haas F1 Team

Session Race Fact Car 87 collided with Car 55 at Turn 4 Infringement Breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 d) of the FIA International Sporting Code. Decision 10 second time penalty.

### 2 penalty points (total of 10 for the 12 month period).

Reason The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. Car 55 attempted to overtake Car 87 on the outside into Turn 4 and had its front axle ahead of the front axle of Car 87 at the apex, thereby earning the right to the racing line. The driver of Car 87 defended his position on the inside instead of giving up the position and caused the collision. The Stewards determine that the driver of Car 87 is predominantly at fault and therefore the standard penalty for such incidents is applied. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
