Time 15:29 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 27 - Nico Hulkenberg Competitor Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber

### Time 15:03 Session Race

### Infringement Breach of Article 48.1 a) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Decision 5 second time penalty. Reason The Stewards reviewed in-car video evidence. Car 27 moved after the four seconds signal was illuminated and before the start signal was given. As there was only slight movement and no sporting advantage appeared to be gained, the least severe penalty available is imposed. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
