The Stewards, having received a reports from the Technical Delegate (documents 35 & 38), have considered the following matter and determine the following:

No / Driver 87 - Oliver Bearman Competitor MoneyGram Haas F1 Team Time 11:25 Session Qualifying Fact The Team did not cover car 87 two hours after the chequered flag of the qualifying session and the following Power Unit elements have been used: 5th Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) 5th Turbo Charger (TC) 5th Motor Generator Unit - Heat (MGU-H) 5th Motor Generator Unit - Kinetic (MGU-K) 3rd Control Electronics (CE) 6th Engine Exhaust System (EX) All Power Unit elements were replaced without the approval of the FIA Technical Delegate during Parc Ferme. Infringement Breaches of Articles 28.2, 40.6 and 40.9a of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision Car 87 is required to start the Race from the pit lane and follow the procedures prescribed in Article 44.2. Reason In light of the above facts, the Formula One Sporting Regulations precribe the penalties to be applied for the two breaches. While the penalty for a breach of Article 28.2 is the appropriate number of grid places prescribed by Article 28.3, in this case, because the changes were made without the approval of the FIA Technical Delegate and because the competitor made the changes during parc ferme and failed to comply with Article 40.6, the penalty to be applied is the one prescribed by Article 40.9(a), namely a pit lane start. We accordingly imposed the said penalty. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
