Time 19:05 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 12 - Kimi Antonelli Competitor Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team

Session Race Fact Causing a collision with car 16 at turn 3 Infringement Breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 d) of the FIA International Sporting Code.

Decision 10 second time penalty. 2 penalty points (total of 4 for the 12 month period). Reason The Stewards reviewed video, timing, telemetry, team radio and in-car video evidence. Car 12 was attempting an overtake on the inside of Car 16 at Turn 3 and understeered into the side of Car 16. This resulted in significant damage to Car 16 and its retirement. It is clear that Car 12 was wholly and predominantly to blame for the collision. We accordingly imposed a 10 second time penalty on Car 12. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
