Technical Delegate's Report The Atlassian Williams Racing team has made changes to the mechanical and aerodynamic set-up

### of car number 55 without the approval of the FIA technical delegate.

Therefore car number 55 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 40.9 b) of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
