Time 18:34 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, summoned (documents 19 & 20) and heard from the drivers and team representatives, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 10 - Pierre Gasly Competitor BWT Alpine Formula 1 Team

Session Sprint Qualifying Fact Car 10 allegedly impeding Car 22 in turn 17. Infringement Alleged breach of Article 37.5 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision No further action.

Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 22 (Yuki Tsunoda), the driver of Car 10 (Pierre Gasly), team representatives and reviewed positioning/marshalling system data, video, timing, telemetry and in-car video evidence. The driver of Car 22 stated that he actually received a "tow" from Car 10 and did not have to back off in speed.  This was verified by the telemetry. He further stated he was not impeded and did not need to take any evasive action. In view of the above the Stewards decide to take no further action because no "unnecessary impeding" occurred. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
