Time 18:50 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 22 - Yuki Tsunoda Competitor Oracle Red Bull Racing

Session Race Fact Car 22 allegedly forcing Car 18 off track in Turn 3. Infringement Alleged breach Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 b) of the FIA International Sporting

Code. Decision No further action. Reason The Stewards reviewed video evidence. Car 22 overtook Car 18 on the inside in Turn 3. Car 22 had its front axle ahead of the mirror of Car 18 prior to and at the apex, the driver was in full control of the car from entry to apex and completed the overtake on track using a reasonable racing line. The Steward determine that all applicable requirements of the Driving Standards Guidelines have been fulfilled and take no further action. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
