# 2024 SÃO PAULO GRAND PRIX ## 01 - 03 November 2024 Technical Delegate's Report The following components has been replaced during the Parc Fermé yesterday and today by the ### Scuderia Ferrari team: ### The following driver will be using a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Competition: Number Car Driver Previously used ICE 55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 4 The internal combustion engine used by the Carlos Sainz is the fifth (5 ) of the four (4) new internal ### combustion engines allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Competition: Number Car Driver Previously used TC 16 Ferrari Charles Leclerc 4 The turbocharger used by Carlos Sainz is the fifth (5 ) of the four (4) new turbochargers allowed for ### the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will using a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K) for the remainder of the ### Competition: **Number Car Driver Previously used MGU-K** 55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 4 The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Carlos Sainz is the fifth (5 ) of the four (4) new motor generator units-kinetic allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new energy store (ES) for the remainder of the Competition: ### Number Car Driver Previously used ES ### 55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 2 The energy store used by Carlos Sainz is the third (3 ) of the two (2) new energy stores allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new control electronics (CE) for the remainder of the Competition: ### Number Car Driver Previously used CE ### 55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 2 ### th th rd The control electronics used by Carlos Sainz is the third (3 ) of the two (2) new control electronics allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new exhaust system (EX) for the remainder of the Competition: ### Number Car Driver Previously used EX 55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 6 The exhaust system used by Carlos Sainz is one (1) of the eight (8) new exhaust systems allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new gearbox case and cassette (GBX C & C) for the remainder of ### the Competition: **Number Car Driver Previously used GBX C & C** 55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 5 The gearbox case and cassette used by Carlos Sainz is the sixth (6 ) of the five (5) new gearbox cases and cassettes allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 29.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new gearbox driveline, gear change components and auxiliary ### components (GBX DL) for the remainder of the Competition: **Number Car Driver Previously used GBX DL** 55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 5 The gearbox driveline, gear change components and auxiliary components used by Carlos Sainz is the sixth (6 ) of the five (5) new gearbox drivelines, gear change components and auxiliary components allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 29.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. rd th th All the above listed components have been replaced without the approval of the FIA technical delegate, this not being in accordance with Article 40.3 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
