Time 18:44 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 2 - Logan Sargeant Competitor Williams Racing

### Time 15:45

Session Race Fact Car 2 overtaking Car 27 under Safety Car conditions at 15:22. Infringement Breach of Article 55.8 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision 10 second time penalty.

2 penalty points (total of 8 for the 12 month period). Reason The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data, video, timing, telemetry, team radio and in-car video evidence and determined that Car 2 overtook Car 27 while the race was under Safety Car. Car 27 was coming out of the pits and Car 2 was approaching on the main straight. At the SC2 line, Car 27 was ahead of Car 2. Car 2 then overtook Car 27 and did not give the place back. This breached Article 55.8 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. We accordingly imposed a 10 second time penalty on Car 2. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
