Time 12:30 The Stewards, having received a report from the Technical Delegate (document 57) have considered the following matter and determine the following:

### No / Driver 2 - Logan Sargeant Competitor Williams Racing

Session Qualifying Fact The front wing/nose assembly, rear wing gurney and setup of the suspension has been changed while under Parc Ferme. Infringement Breach of Article 40.9 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Decision Required to start the race from the pit lane. Reason Williams Racing changed the front wing/nose assembly and rear wing gurney of Car 2 under Parc Ferme without the approval of the Technical Delegate, this not being in accordance with Article 40.3 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Also changes have been made to the set-up of the suspension, which is a breach of Article 40.9 and Car 2 is required to start the race from Pit Lane. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
