The following drivers will start the eighth Competition of the 2023 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC): ## Number Car Driver Previously used TC 01 Red Bull Racing RBPT Max Verstappen 1 11 Red Bull Racing RBPT Sergio Perez 1 04 McLaren Mercedes Lando Norris 2 The turbocharger used by the above drivers is one of the four new turbochargers allowed for the 2023 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
