## TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

### The following drivers will use a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Event:

The internal combustion engine used by Charles Leclercis the fourth of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2022 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2022 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The internal combustion engine used by Carlos Sainz is one of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2022 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2022 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

### The following driver will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

The turbocharger used by Charles Leclerc is the fourth of the three new turbochargers allowed for the 2022 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2022 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

### The following driver will use a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H) for the remainder of the Event:

The control electronics used by Yuki Tsunoda is the third of the two new control electronics allowed for the 2022 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2022 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

### The following driver will use a new exhaust system (EX) for the remainder of the Event:

The exhaust system used by the above drivers is one of the eight new exhaust systems allowed for the 2022 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2022 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
