Offence Breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV Articles 2 b) and 2 e) of the FIA International

**Sporting Code.**

Decision 10 second time penalty. 3 penalty points (total of 8 for the 12 month period). Reason The Stewards viewed video evidence and determined that Car 18 driven by Stroll deliberately drove to the left after Turn 3, driving car 5 off the road in a dangerous manner. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
