Date 09 May 2021 Time 18:09 2021 SPANISH GRAND PRIX 6 - 9 May 2021 The Stewards The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, summoned (documents 32 & 33) and heard from the drivers and team representatives, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Session Race Fact Car 14 forced car 18 off the track at turn 2. Offence Alleged Breach of Art. 38.2 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision No Further Action

Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 14 (Fernando Alonso), the driver of car 18 (Lance Stroll) and team representatives and reviewed multiple angles of video evidence. Stroll was making a pass on Alonso on the outside of turn 1. Alonso, who was on older tyres, moved as far as possible onto the apex kerb of turn 1, but was unable to hold the car's line. The Stewards determined that throughout the incident Alonso took all appropriate action to try to avoid car 18, but was unable to do so, forcing car 18 off the track at turn 18. In the hearing both driver fully agreed that this was a racing incident and the Stewards concur and take No Further Action. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 10.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time
