Time 20:25 2021 SAUDI ARABIAN GRAND PRIX 2 - 5 December 2021 The Stewards, exercising their right under Article 10.1.1.a of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, extend the time limit for the lodgement of any Notice of Intention to Appeal, by 30 minutes in relation to their Decision in Document 21, thus making the time for lodgement 21.32 hrs on this day.

The reason is that the referred-to Decision was issued at the start of Qualification and also the fact that the extension will give any parties individually affected, time to review the video which was released after the issuing of the Decision.
