Reason The Stewards reviewed video evidence.  Part of the left front tire of Car 18 touched the yellow line at pit exit, but did not cross the line in breach of the specific wording in Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 5. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 10.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time
