### Session Race Fact Left the track and Re-joined the track in an unsafe manner at turn 4/5

Offence Breach 27.3 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision 5 Second time penalty (1 penalty points imposed, total of 3 points in the 12 month period) Reason The Stewards reviewed video evidence. The driver locked his brakes entering Turn 4 and cut behind the apex of the corner. When re-joining he moved fully across to the left making contact with Car 55. The Stewards considered this re-joining unsafely. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
