### Session Practice 2 Fact The following Power Unit Element has been used 3rd Control Electronics (CE)

Offence Breach of Article 23.2 a) of the FIA Formula One Sporting  Regulations. Decision 10 grid position penalty. This is in addition to the previous penalty (document 24), the competitor is still required to start the race from the rear of the starting grid. Reason The penalty is imposed in accordance with 23.2 b). Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
