## Technical Delegate's Report

At the five minutes signal the both rear wheels of car number 05, driver Sebastian Vettel, were not fitted. The car was later (4 minutes before the start of the formation lap) removed from the grid into the pit lane.

As this is not in compliance with Article 36.4 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
