## Technical Delegate's Report

After the qualifying session the ICE of car number 11, driver Sergio Perez, was replaced for a new one. As this is the fourth of the three new ICE allowed for the 2021 Championship season, it is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this to the stewards for their consideration.

The ICE has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

After the qualifying session the TC of car number 11, driver Sergio Perez, was replaced for a new one. As this is the fourth of the three new TC allowed for the 2021 Championship season, it is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this to the stewards for their consideration.

The TC has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

After the qualifying session the MGU-H of car number 11, driver Sergio Perez, was replaced for a new one. As this is the fourth of the three new MGU-H allowed for the 2021 Championship season, it is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this to the stewards for their consideration.

The MGU-H has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

After the qualifying session the MGU-K of car number 11, driver Sergio Perez, was replaced for a new one. As this is the fourth of the three new MGU-K allowed for the 2021 Championship season, it is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this to the stewards for their consideration.

The MGU-K has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

After the qualifying session the CE of car number 11, driver Sergio Perez, was replaced for a new one. As this is the fourth of the two new CE allowed for the 2021 Championship season, it is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this to the stewards for their consideration.

The CE has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following part has been replaced during the Parc Fermé yesterday and today by the Red Bull Racing team for a part with a different specification:

## Car 11:           ES (new)

The part has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations. But as the above part is different from the one originally used and also changes have been made to the set up of the car (with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request), car number 11 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 34.8b of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following part has been replaced during the Parc Fermé yesterday and today by the Williams Racing team for a part with a different specification:

## Car 06:           Front wing/nose assembly

The part has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations. But as the above part is different from the one originally used, car number 06 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 34.8b of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

## The gearbox of car number 06, driver Nicholas Latifi, was replaced for a new one.

The gearbox has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned (requested on 04/09/2021 at 19:10), this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The gearbox change was before the six consecutive Events expired. Therefore this is not in compliance with Article 23.4a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
