### Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will start the nineteenth Event of the 2021 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

The internal combustion engine used by Lewis Hamilton is the fifth of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2021 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will start the nineteenth Event of the 2021 Formula One World Championship with a new exhaust system (EX):

The exhaust system used by Charles Leclerc is one of the eight new exhaust systems allowed for the 2021 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
