## Technical Delegate's Report

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 07, driver Kimi Räikkönen, in order to inspect all change gear ratio pairs and associated dog rings for physical damage, and, as a consequence of this inspection, to replace the 2  change gear ratio pair and the 2 /6  gear dog ring for new ones of identical specification. This was done in accordance with Article 23.5d of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

## The gearbox of car number 04, driver Lando Norris, was replaced for a new one.

## The gearbox has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written

## request from the team concerned (requested on 28 August at 19:27), this being in accordance with

Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The gearbox change was before the six consecutive Events expired. Therefore this is not in

compliance with Article 23.4a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
