### Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will start the ninth Event of the 2021 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

## Number Car Driver Previously used ICE

63 Williams Mercedes George Russell 2

The internal combustion engine used by George Russell is one of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2021 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will start the ninth Event of the 2021 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

63 Williams Mercedes George Russell 2

The turbocharger used by George Russell is one of the three new turbochargers allowed for the 2021 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will start the ninth Event of the 2021 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H):
