### Session Qualifying Fact Alleged Impeding of Car 10 by Car 5 in Turn 1.

Offence Alleged breach of Article 31.5 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision No further action. Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 5 (Sebastian Vettel), the driver of Car 10 (Pierre Gasly) and team representatives, and examined video, team radio and telemetry evidence. The Stewards note that almost certainly there was "dirty air" created by Car 5 which did have an "impact" on Car 10 however the Stewards determine that this does not amount to "unnecessarily impeding". Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
