## Technical Delegate's Report

Today the Williams Racing team submitted the duly completed scrutineering declaration form for car number 06 after a survival cell change.

Today the Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda team submitted the duly completed scrutineering declaration form for car number 10 after a survival cell change.

Last night team personnel of the Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda team, who are associated with the operation of the car, were within the confines of the circuit during the eight hour period which commenced at 00:00 on 24 October, eleven hours before the scheduled start time of P3 and ends three hours before the scheduled start time of P3 at 08:00 on 24 October.

This was the first of the two individual exceptions permitted for the Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda team during the 2020 Formula One Championship season and therefore no action should be taken.
