Time 20:00 2020 HUNGARIAN GRAND PRIX 16 - 19 July 2020 The Stewards The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, summoned (documents 46) and heard from the team representative, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Session Race Fact Use of radio transmissions aiding the driver during the formation lap. Offence Breach of Article 27.1 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision 10 second time penalty imposed after the race in accordance with Article 38.3 (10

seconds added to elapsed race time). Reason The Stewards heard from the team representative and reviewed video and audio evidence. Having considered the matter extensively, the Stewards determined that the team instructed the driver to pit. The team could not prove that one of the exemptions made under paragraph A. 2. a) to g) of the Technical Directive 011-17 was applicable. Therefore, the Stewards consider there is breach of Art. 27.1 of the Sporting Regulations, that the driver must drive the car alone and unaided. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 10.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time
