Time 14:06 2020 EIFEL GRAND PRIX 8 - 11 October 2020 Appendix 1, Part A of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations for this Event, specifies that Mr Felix Holter shall be one of the FIA Stewards. In accordance with Article 11.9.3.n of the FIA International Sporting Code, Mr Holter is substituted by Mr Andreas Witkowsky.
