### Delegation of Stewards' Authority Regarding Protest Against Car 18

The Stewards have received a protest from Renault DP World F1 Team ("Renault") against BWT Racing Point F1 Team ("RP") Car 18 concerning an alleged breach of Articles 2.1 and 3.2 and Appendix 6 to the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations with regard to the brake ducts used on Car 18. A protest on the same subject was lodged at the 2020 Formula 1 Styrian Grand Prix and subsequently another protest on this subject was lodged at the 2020 Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix. While the evidence submitted here by Renault was specific to the British Grand Prix, the form and subject of the protest was identical to the protests lodged at the previous Grand Prix. This has also been agreed by the parties to this Protest. It is considered appropriate by the panel of Stewards for the 2020 Formula One British Grand Prix to delegate our authority to a subsequent panel of Stewards assembled for this purpose and which shall be selected by the authority responsible for the selection of the present panel. This is in accordance with Article 11.9.3.t of the 2020 FIA International Sporting Code. This panel will be appointed and will summons the parties to the hearing when the full evidence is available.
