## Technical Delegate's Report

The following drivers will use a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K) for the remainder of the Event:

**NumberCar Driver Previously used MGU-K**

03 Renault Daniel Ricciardo 3

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Daniel Ricciardo is the fourth new motor generator unitkinetic for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

## The following driver will use a new control electronics (CE) for the remainder of the Event:

## NumberCar Driver Previously used CE

## 03 Renault Daniel Ricciardo 3

The control electronics used by Daniel Ricciardo is the fourth new control electronics for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

All above listed PU elements have been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
