## Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will use a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Event:

26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat 6

The internal combustion engine used by Daniil Kvyat is the seventh new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

## The following driver will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

## 26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat 6

The turbocharger used by Daniil Kvyat is the seventh new turbocharger engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The motor generator unit-heat used by Daniil Kvyat is the seventh new motor generator unit-heat engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Daniil Kvyat is the sixth new motor generator unit-kinetic engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
