## Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver has used a new energy store (ES) during his last run in P1 and will use it for the remainder of the Event:

The energy store used by Carlos Sainz is one of the two new energy stores allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
