## Technical Delegate's Report

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car numbers 26 and 10, drivers Daniil Kvyat and Pierre Gasly, in order to change the cross shaft cover seal assembly.

## This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2 of the 2019 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
