## Technical Delegate's Report

## The following part has been replaced during the Parc Fermé today by Haas F1 Team:

## Car 20:           Gearbox

The gearbox has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned (requested on 13/10/2019 at 10:57hrs), this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The gearbox change was before the six consecutive Events expired. Therefore this is not in compliance with Article 23.5a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

## The following parts have been replaced during the Parc Fermé today by ROKiT Williams Racing team:

## Car 88:           Survival cell Gearbox

The survival cell has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

As the survival cell of car number 88 has been changed following the start of the third free practice session (P3), this car should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 23.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

## The ROKiT Williams Racing team needs to submit a self-scrutineering sheet for the new survival cell.

The gearbox has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned (requested on 13/10/2019 at 11:15hrs), this being in accordance

## with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The gearbox change was before the six consecutive Events expired. Therefore this is not in compliance with Article 23.5a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations and I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
