Time 12:53 2019 JAPANESE GRAND PRIX 10 - 13 October 2019 The Stewards have received a request from ROKiT Williams Racing to re-scrutineer car 88 which has had a change of the survival cell. In accordance with Article 25.2 and Article 25.4 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations, the Stewards agreed that this can take place on October 13th due to qualifying practice and the race being on the same day. In accordance with Art 23.2 the car will be required to start the race from the pit lane.
