## Technical Delegate's Report

Car number 07, driver Kimi Räikkönen, did not start the race on the set of tyres which were used during Q2 when doing the fastest lap. As this is in breach of Article 24.4j of the 2019 Formula One Sproting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
