### Session Race Fact Car 16 was released unsafely from a pit stop.

Offence Breach of Article 28.13 a) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision The competitor (Scuderia Ferrari) is fined € 5,000. Reason The Stewards reviewed video evidence of the incident and determined that the car was released into the path of the approaching car 8. The cars made minor contact as a result. The Stewards did note that the driver Leclerc drove at an acute angle to avoid a tyre changer in the next pit and had no opportunity to drive in the merge area. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 9.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
