Date 13 April 2019 Time 14:15 2019 CHINESE GRAND PRIX 11 - 14 April 2019 The Stewards have received a request from Red Bull Toro Rosso Honda to re-scrutineer car 23 which has had a change of the survival cell. In accordance with Article 25.2 and Article 25.4 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations, the Stewards agreed that this can take place on April 14th before 12:00hrs Local Time. Further, in accordance with Art 35.1 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations, the Stewards have determined that car 23 has set suitable times during the free practice sessions and will therefore be permitted to start. However, in accordance with Art 23.2 the car will be required to start the race from the pit lane.
