## Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will use a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K) for the remainder of the Event:

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Lance Stroll is one of the two new motor generator unitskinetic allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
