2019 BELGIAN GRAND PRIX 29 August - 1 September 2019 Appendix 1, Part B of the Formula One Sporting Regulations for this Event, specifies that Mr Alan van der Merwe shall be the Deputy Medical Delegate. In accordance with Article 11.9.3.b of the International Sporting Code, Mr Alan van der Merwe is replaced by Dr Ian Roberts.
