Offence Breach of Article 23.3 (a) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision A drop of 10 grid positions. Reason The penalty is imposed in accordance with Articles 23.3 a) and 23.3 b). Competitors are reminded that, in accordance with Article 12.2.4 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 17.2 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations, the above penalty is not susceptible to appeal.
